Tea sandwiches ought to be little and reduced down a dainty form of a normal sandwich. To be eaten in three nibbles, probably, and with your fingers, tea sandwiches are the main course served at each conventional evening tea.

I made a scaled down adaptation of the exemplary BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato) sandwich that would be ideal for evening tea. My BLT is twofold stacked (only a reason to get more bacon in there) and open confronted. It's everything held together with a mixed drink fork to keep things flawless and clean.
