This astonishing ocean water motivated mixed drink is ideal for those mid year evenings by the pool! The shades of blues will make you sense that you are appreciating multi day at the shoreline – not make any difference where you are. A mix of rum, curacao, pineapple squeeze and cream make this somewhat heavier than a portion of our other beverage plans, yet the flavors are a blast of shoreline motivated goodness!

An ideal late spring mixed drink that preferences as astonishing as it looks.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Coconut rum
• 1 oz Curacao, Blue
• 2 oz Pineapple juice
• 2 oz heavy cream
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1 cup Ice

Instructions

1. Add colored sugar to glass rim. (optional – instructions are below)
2. Fill your glass with ice.
3. In a bar shaker add your coconut rum, blue curaçao. and pineapple juice.
4. Shake to combine.
5. Pour your liquor mix into your glass.
6. Rinse your shaker and add your heavy cream and coconut cream.
7. Shake to combine.
8. Pour your cream mix onto of the liquor mix.
