"Stress Buster" Orange Smoothie-Fuel up with great supplements and face the Christmas season head on! (or on the other hand any day of the year!)
Begin your outing with one of these velvety, supplement rich orange smoothies and top off your body with heaps of nutrients and minerals, similar to Vitamins B and C, Fiber, Calcium, Potassium and Beta-Carotene. Help shield yourself from the worry of the Christmas season and this season's flu virus season.
The occasions can be upsetting on your body and your wellbeing. Such rushing about, the blessing shopping, the gatherings, heaps of sustenance and drinks, and presumably not exactly ideal dietary patterns (I mean how is it conceivable to leave behind ALL of the occasion treats and treats? Ya, it's not!) All that fun, and time went through with family and companions… likely insufficient rest.
This Orange Smoothie is a delicious method to siphon your body loaded with well done to help fuel you through the season.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces ( frozen for at least 2 hours)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 orange, peeled and cut up into chunks
- ¾ cup almond milk (or low-fat)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut up into 1 inch pieces
- Ice (if you are not using frozen bananas you will want to add a few cubes of ice)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine. (If your blender has a smoothie/frozen drinks setting use that)
Frozen bananas add a layer of creaminess to this smoothie, so if you have time, I recommend freezing for at least 2 hours or overnight. If not, you’ll want to add a few cubes of ice to this smoothie.
* for a fun twist and a different taste, omit the carrot...tastes just like an Orange Julius (which tastes just like a creamsicle)
