We are beginning to get sunk into the new spot and we are particularly adoring the local pool. Since the temperatures are so hot this week we have been there each and every day! We are giving a valiant effort to attempt to remain cool. We love to take snacks to the pool since it is by all accounts a throughout the day issue. The entirety of my kiddos are water babies and could swim throughout the day.
I have seen this Poolside Dip all over and chose to try it out! It had the entirety of the fixings I love in it in addition to it snuck a few veggies in for the children. This plunge is decidedly irresistible and we couldn't get enough of it!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 jalapeno finely diced (leave the seeds in for more kick)
- 1 small can black olives chopped
- 15 ounce can corn, drained
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl and cream cheese, bell pepper, jalapeño, olives, corn, and ranch package. Mix together until incorporated.
- Serve immediately with your favorite chips or store for up to 24 hours.
