Top these with smaller than usual marshmallows for an emerge office party treat.
It's difficult to beat an incredible measure of hot cocoa, and it's difficult to beat an extraordinary cupcake. Be that as it may, joining the two is unadulterated paradise. This year I was entrusted with conveying a custom made treat to my office Valentine's Day party, and as opposed to swing to a reliable clump of brownies, I made Hot Cocoa Cupcakes rather, and they were a raving success. Including marshmallow creme icing and smaller than expected marshmallows are the way to these treats emerging on the sweet table at your next gathering.
