Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl with E3Live Blue Majik

Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl with E3Live Blue Majik

I don't frequently enjoy a smoothie bowl however I do have a somewhat unusual fixation on them – their natural magnificence is past overpowering. In any case, I'm not the best when it comes building them (or any sort of nourishment craftsmanship so far as that is concerned) so I frequently need to depend on brilliant and plentiful sustenances to compensate for my absence of artism. That is the point at which the Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl rung a bell.

Kickstart your day by diverting your inward Ariel with this perfectly astonishing Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl, made with E3Live Blue Majik, a powerful green growth that will support your general wellbeing.

That stunning sea blue shade of the most Instagram commendable mermaid bowls you see is made by the blue green growth spirulina – explicitly E3Live's Blue Majik – which (by weight) has an astounding multiple times more iron than spinach, multiple times a greater number of cell reinforcements than blueberries, and multiple times more calcium than cow's milk. Standard admission can help aggravation reactions after physical movement, keep joints solid, and help to help cancer prevention agent and cell assurance. Blue Majik* is additionally normally without gluten and veggie lover AND is ensured natural as well so you realize you're getting an exceptional item short poisonous fillers meaning you can receive its plentiful wellbeing rewards. On the off chance that you can't discover a wellspring of Blue Majik in the EU, at that point I would very prescribe Raw Nice – there's is significantly progressively intense in shading so utilize a large portion of the sum and after that develop if disturbed.

All you have to make this wonderful Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl is a rapid blender (I utilized my Froothie Optimum G2.1 Platinum Series Blender) and a bunch of tasty fixings. I utilized solidified bananas and (solidified) white grapes for my base, alongside almond milk and coconut yogurt to keep it decent and rich. Including only a press of lemon kills that kind of 'lake filth' like flavor that you may have encountered in the past with spirulina – despite the fact that I need to state that Blue Majik is unquestionably more unobtrusive than standard spirulina. Finished off with a portion of my most loved tropical products of the soil pistachios this smoothie bowl is certain to astonish your taste buds. So what are you sitting tight for? Stall out in!

Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl with E3Live Blue Majik

Ingredients
For the smoothie bowl:

  • 2 large frozen bananas (chopped)
  • 1½ cups frozen white grapes
  • 1¼ cup almond milk (or other nut milk)
  • ¼ cup coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tsp E3Live Blue Majik (slightly rounded), ½-1 tsp Raw Nice blue spirulina, or spirulina
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

For the toppings:

  • ½ large dragon fruit (sliced)
  • 1 passion fruit (halved)
  • 1 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tbsp toasted pistachios (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing all of your toppings first. (Nobody likes a sloppy smoothie bowl!)
  2. Next add your frozen chopped bananas, frozen grapes, ¼ cup yoghurt, and ¾ cup of almond milk to a high powered blender and blend until smooth - use the tamper if needed. I used my Froothie Optimum G2.1 on the 'Sorbet' setting. If your blender is having trouble blending up your smoothie then gradually add more almond milk ¼ of a cup at a time until you reach your desired consistency - personally, I like mine to be pretty thick and icy just like a McDonald's milkshake (worst comparison ever sorry).
  3. Add your Blue Majik and a squeeze of lemon juice and blend again until smooth. Pour into a large bowl, add your toppings, and serve!

Notes
*All cup measurements used are UK cup measurements and so 1 cup = 250ml.
