Delicate lumps of chicken, smooth white beans, gooey soup, and simply the perfect measure of warmth. It's the least demanding bean stew formula you'll ever make! Breakout that slow cooker!
Truly, this white chicken stew is the least demanding bean stew formula ever!! Furthermore, it tastes ah-mazing. I know, that word is abused, yet I needed to state it, it's bean stew paradise directly here!
The main prep for this formula is cooking the chicken before hand. I like to poach chicken, it keeps it truly delicate. In any case, you can go super con artist style (as I do some of the time) and simply get a rotisserie chicken and cut it up.
