Prepare this simple custom made Greek plate of mixed greens dressing in only minutes for legitimate Greek flavor with most fixings found in your wash room.

With simply the correct trace of lemon and garlic this Greek dressing meets up in 5 minutes in a bricklayer container (in the event that you have one) or any compartment with a top. It will really abandon you desiring more serving of mixed greens!!

I utilize this Greek serving of mixed greens dressing formula 99.9% of times on any dish that I need to include Greek flavor. It has the ideal equalization of lemon, garlic, and oregano. It stores actually well in the icebox for as long as multi week. The best part is you can utilize it again and again on green servings of mixed greens, quinoa plates of mixed greens, or pasta servings of mixed greens. Practically any kind of plate of mixed greens that requires some sort of Greek dressing formula or Greek vinaigrette.

INGREDIENTS

  • YIELDS: 1/2 CUP
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed with side of your knife then peeled*
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 10–15 grinds black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or any type of container with a lid. (I love this all-in-one dressing shaker). Cover and shake vigorously until combined. Adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Stir before serving.

NOTES
*the garlic flavor gets stronger the longer the dressing sits, so if serving the dressing immediately, you can add minced or pressed garlic, otherwise, smashed garlic works great here as it gradually flavors the dressing
